Ask Paige is operated by Fathom AI Technologies LLC (“Fathom,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using Ask Paige, you agree to these terms.

The service

Ask Paige is a business advisory tool for aesthetic practice owners and physicians — med spas, dermatology, and plastic surgery practices — not device manufacturers, distributors, or sales teams. Ask Paige's output (device intelligence, benchmarks, meeting flags, growth plans) is informational and does not constitute legal, financial, or medical advice.

Billing

30-day pilot, the Rep-Meeting Test (card required to start; no charge if you cancel within 30 days), then $99/month founding rate for the first 100 practices or $199/month standard rate. Cancel anytime.

Meeting Mode & recording consent

You are solely responsible for complying with your state's recording-consent laws when you use Meeting Mode during a live conversation.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from your account's billing page. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not retroactively refund the current billing period unless required by law.
