How Ask Paige handles your data.

Ask Paige is operated by Fathom AI Technologies LLC (“Fathom,” “we,” “us”). This policy explains what we collect from your account and practice, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Account information (name, email, practice details you provide), usage data from your interactions with Ask Paige (Device Intelligence lookups, Meeting Mode transcripts, Benchmark Translator reports), and billing information processed by our payment provider. We do not sell your practice's data to device manufacturers, reps, or any third party.

How we use it

To operate and improve Ask Paige, to benchmark your practice against our proprietary practice corpus, to process billing, and to communicate with you about your account. See Data & Methodology for how the underlying practice corpus itself is compiled.

Meeting Mode recordings

Meeting Mode transcripts are stored to your account so you can review past debriefs. You are responsible for complying with your state's recording-consent laws when using this feature.

Your choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data at any time by emailing paige@fathom-ai.net.
